Dr. Cheng. Is my dentist. Very professional. Informative, honest! I have had many experiences with the dentists over the past few decades, and her operation and attention to detail are unparalleled! Great staff, friendly service, like Alice, Jessica. They are very patient and they're willing to explain all the details to me, very considerate. ------------------------------------------------- Dr. Cheng is highly skilled with precise and delicate handwork, maintaining excellent technique while prioritizing patient comfort throughout the treatment. I had a challenging porcelain crown done, and Dr. Cheng patiently adjusted and refined it multiple times, demonstrating true craftsmanship. I have been coming to this dentist practice for a few years now. I like that it is close to my residence and everyone is very professional. They always keep me informed of my dental health and advise of charges up front so I do not get any surprises. The office is clean and well kept. I recommend this practice if you live in the Chamblee, Doraville, Brookhaven and N. Atlanta area. UPDATE: I came in on an emergency appointment on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 due to a toothache. I called and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Needless to say I had to get some work done to my tooth. Scheduled an appointment for Friday, December 8, 2023 and got the work done in about 1.5hrs. I appreciate that they can accommodate emergency appointments and the staff is always so nice and helpful. ~ Shea's M

I recently moved to GA from Maryland. Based on the Google reviews, I been to couple of Dental places near chamblee and I really had bad Experience with the way their deal with my teeth issue and referred me to visit the specialist straight away which didn't make any sense to me and I found this beautiful place, Firstly, the staff is really friendly and the Hygienist "Thao" and her Assistant Shirley are the best. Thao cleaned my teeth very professionally and very careful during the cleaning. No one ever explained whats going with my roots and she explained me everything during the cleaning process. I got my appointment again with Thao and I would like to suggest to my friends and people who are new to GA and looking for good Dentist place then Yi-Tsu Cheng is the place for you. ~ Hari K

I have been going to Dr. Cheng dental office for the last 3 years, and this is the best dental practice I’ve ever visited in my life. Dr. Cheng is like a magician, she straightened my teeth with Six Month Smiles, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my much improved smile. I’m so happy I got my confidence back thanks to the amazing Dr. Cheng. From the front, to all the assistants assisting Dr. cheng and other Doctors – everyone at this office is very friendly and kind. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yi-Tsu Cheng for almost a decade, and she is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her customer service and patient care are exceptional - she explains every step of a procedure, follows up afterward, and is always accommodating when I need to adjust an appointment. I have zero pain tolerance, and Dr. Cheng always makes sure I’m completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, skill, and calming approach make every visit stress-free. Her team members are equally professional and courteous, which makes the whole experience even better. Yi-Tsu Cheng, D.D.S. and Associates are fantastic! I'm not particularly fond of dentists due to past experience and some severe white coat anxiety, but the staff are very kind, and the work they do is thorough, but as gentle as possible. My long overdue teeth cleaning took a while because it needed it, but along with being the most thorough cleaning I can remember it was also the most comfortable. I ended up needing fillings as well, but could have nitrous in addition to the novocaine. It was necessary as I was stressing pretty hard. Again, the staff were really kind and got the work done as smoothly as possible. I hope I wasn't too problematic. I'm loving my clean and fixed teeth. I just have to keep them that way from now on. ~ K.D.

La atención al llegar fue muy buena, cada persona que luego nos atendio fue una mejor que otra, la asistente Carmen y el Dr Do nos trataron muy bien, nos explicaron cada paso y nos resolvieron varias situaciones. Best experience at a dentists office EVER! As someone with dental anxiety, it has been difficult for me to find an office where I feel comfortable and heard. However, my experience with Dr. Cheng and her team was absolutely amazing before, during, and even after my visit and has eased up my anxiety! They are kind, understanding, patient, and funny, as well as professional and informative. I also appreciated the fact that they're open on Saturdays and have such a well structured team to provide such a smooth experience! I absolutely love this Dentist office!!!! I am in mid 20’s and to find somewhere that won't take advantage and abuse your pockets is vital. I'm proud to say I've found dr. Cheng dental office within. The staff feels like family and they sincerely have everyone's best interest at hand. D.O.B. understood my financial status and did an amazing job accommodating me. They actually offer 3 different payment options and one of the three doesn't require credit! Prior to me opening my mouth I expressed insecurities and a sense of shame, and MY GOODNESS, this dentist office put me at extreme ease and comfort. My family just moved to the Doraville area and was looking for a new dentist for our family. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Cheng and we have been coming here for some time! The Doctors and staff were all friendly and attentive to take care of us. The office is setrile has complimentary water bottles and a massage chair in the waiting room!! How awesome is that?I love Dr. Cheng’s office! The doctors and staff alike are all very caring people and really listen; in fact, they encourage you to share your opinions with them! I never feel uncomfortable telling them my needs! Bad teeth run in my family so I often find myself in the dentist’s office. I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Cheng's dental practice for many years now, and I've remained so because of the ongoing professionalism and care I receive at every visit. Thier office is always clean and reasonably quiet. The ladies at the front desk move quickly. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a hygienist, even when it was my fault for being late to an appointment. The hygienists and doctor are carefully thorough with thier work. Complaints are taken seriously and handled with tact. You always leave with a sense that you trust what they are doing. In all these years, the staff has remained efficient and thorough but never at the cost of kindness. They definitely deserve all the high reviews they get. ~ S C

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng dental office for over 5 years. They have always been very professional & treats everyone w/personal care and attention to your needs and concerns. I have had 2 individual implants in the past and am in the process of getting 2 more. I have been very happy w/the results of all my treatments. Dr. Cheng performed my surgery & is wonderful. I highly recommend this office & staff for all your implant needs. Chau does an excellent job managing the office & concerns of the patients. For years I had trouble with my teeth decaying & having to have them pulled out. I visited dr. Cheng dental office as a new patient. The office staff was sweet, caring, and friendly. Dr. Nguyen, dr. Cheng, dr. Do, dr. Shin, and dr. Duong, dr. Hendricks, and dr. Kakadai are very genuine, and professional. The hygienists explained what they recommended and all costs before going forward with the treatment. The provider are very thorough and ethical with the procedure. Their treat patient like their own family members. Patient care are very important at dr. Cheng dental office. They're thriving to provide good services. Therefore, finding a new dentist is never easy and I am very fortunate and happy with the decision to go to dr. Cheng and associates office. Dr. Cheng is a competent and friendly dentist. She provides affordable yet exceptional dental care! Plus, her office is extremely comfortable and inviting. She is professional, honest, and down to Earth. Our family has been with Dr. Cheng since we move to Atlanta in 2001....plus, it is very refreshing to be greeted with "Hi" every time I call vs. the standard "may I have your name and phone number please". By the way, the staff is Amazing!!!!! Dr. Cheng is truly the best dentist for someone who has oral sensitivity and is terrified of the sounds of dental instruments. Her skills are superb beyond measures. Her dental instruments are extremely hygienic, and the office is clean. She is patient, gentle, and very thorough from minor to major procedures. I found the front office personnel to be very friendly and welcoming. Everything with regard to cost and post op care was explained thoroughly. In addition to hearing the info, you also receive printed copies for reflection at home. The young ladies who assist Dr. Cheng are very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to a general dentist and I felt Dr. Cheng was very welcoming and kind. She explained the extraction procedure, and also the bone graft and implant and used visuals in the explanation. I felt relieved after her explanation! An abscessed tooth extraction, bone graft and implant are not pleasant, but Dr. Cheng and Dr. Shin and their staff did all that they could to keep you informed and relaxed. Well doctor cheng It's a very good dentist office on Buford highway, chamblee georgia very professional at one point I didn't really know. How are where to found a dentist That I could feel half way comfortable with Dr. Chang is a very remarkable dentist. Her office, her staff very well. Professional very well train,a co-worker. Referred me to doctor Cheng office I've been going to the dentist. There for about 2 years now, maybe 3 I feel halfway comfortable going to this dentist. She's a very great dentist at one point I asked who was doctor chang, so they went and got her for me, and I met her back in january Very professional.Her office is very clean and she's there on saturdays ~ Michael H

Been coming here for a lifetime and change and am reminded of why I come back with each passing appointment. The facilities started off fairly humble and over the decades have modernized, all the while improving service levels every step of the way. It also certainly helps that the stuff they've been using taste less bad over the years. Facilities can handle just about any dental services, wait times are more than reasonable, and while walk-ins/short term scheduling tends to be challenging their open dates/times accommodate any 9-5 profession. If this trend continues, I can expect my future generations to patronize their dental services (provided insurance allows it!). ~ Josh C

I’ve been going here for about 5 years and I have been completely satisfied. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Cheng, Beck, and other doctors are really sweet. The waiting is Really promptly. They even have Saturday hours. I haven't had any very complex work done, but the composite veneers bonding Dr. Cheng did on my front two top teeth looks good and is holding up. I get a lot of compliments from my friends and relatives. The previous dentists bonded one of those teeth, the bonding material kept coming off. The front staff are going above and beyond to help with my insurance, overall, I love the dental services. Highly recommended! ~ YOLO T

OK this is the most grateful experience that I ever had. I don’t remember the name of The lady that made my crown by hand like they send the actual crown to the lab but in the meantime because she didn’t want me to leave without the crown, she made one by hand with just acrylic and fits perfectly. The doctor was nice the first time I came here today is my second time, and this is been just awesome, thank you so much for fixing My teeth. Even better she made me another crown just because it’s Christmas in case it fell. She’s playing all the process to me and it was sincerely amazing. I will recommend this place 100%. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist because it’s uncomfortable and awkward to have my mouth wide open for a long time period. And most of the time it’s painful and will probably hurt me afterwards. However, Dr. Cheng and staff made my visit so easy and not at all awkward! She is so nice and easy to speak with, she made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I came in for a routine cleaning and check up, Dr. Cheng looked under the hood and all went well! I was having pain in the back of my mouth while eating and chewing, so I decided to come into the dentist to check it out. Made an appointment, got my x-rays taken, and was seen right away by Dr.Cheng. She’s so soft spoken, nice, and reassuring. It turns out I needed a wisdom tooth extraction right away, that was the reason for the pain I was consistently feeling. Dr.Cheng was gentle and tried her best to extract my wisdom tooth with the utmost care. She was professional and nurturing, and comforting which is nice to see in a dentist. Although the wisdom tooth extraction experience was unnerving, I came out of it with very minimal pain. Thanks Dr.Cheng for making it as painless as possible. ~ Vicky P
